Description: The Indonesian Water Form utilizes gentle rocking motions and can help you improve your balance, flexibility, and focus.
Learning to coordinate your breathing and movement is the key to understanding how the elements influence what we do and can be used to generate internal power and well being.
This form is closely related to the Chinese forms of Tai Chi as the islands of Indonesia are a crossroads for many different cultures.
Join Guru Daniel Prasetya in this first ever workshop open to the public.
